Tesla owners can report and view navigation issues like wrong speed limits, turn restrictions, or navigation glitches.
Report map errors interactively – draw pins, roads, or areas, or submit general text reports!
Drawing on the map is optional. Use the drawing tools (top-left on the map) to place markers, draw incorrect roads (polyline), or highlight areas (polygon) if the issue has a specific location.
You can also submit general text-only reports with no map location (e.g., broader regional issues or software-related mapping bugs).
All text fields below are optional, but please provide as much detail as possible to help Tesla understand the problem.
Click any report to zoom to its location on the map if a location was provided. Click “Mark as Fixed” if the issue appears resolved in a recent map update.
The best way to get Tesla's attention is directly in your car: Say "Bug report, mapping error" (or similar) while at the location of the issue. You can also submit a service request through the Tesla app.
This community page helps visualize and share common map problems among owners — it does not send reports to Tesla automatically.
But Tesla Engineers are welcome to use this site to understand our feedback.
